The kindergarten is designed for 312 children. The building is planned to accommodate 15 groups of children of different ages, multifunctional classrooms and recreation rooms, as well as a transformable sports and event hall.
The construction project was developed in two phases – the first phase includes a street and parking lot for public use, the second phase includes a preschool educational institution with its intended amenities and shelters.
The spatial plan emphasizes safe pedestrian flow, integrated green amenities and energy-efficient engineering systems, including a heat pump and the use of rainwater for watering green plants in the territory, as well as the creation of rain gardens that absorb and filter rainwater and reduce the load on sewage systems. The architectural and technical solutions of the buildings ensure both sustainability and aesthetic integration into the environment.
